Today's Work Status (IRIS-4533): I have implemented the same workflow(assessment) for the survey section in the survey_results table. Additionally, I modified the rpt_assessment_results view to accommodate changes made to the assessment_results table. The procedure was also updated. Currently, I'm working on reports for the rpt_survey_results view and the migration script for both the assessment and survey_results tables.
